The technology landscape is evolving at an unprecedented pace, transforming how organisations operate and compete. In the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), technology presents both significant opportunities and substantial risks.
Deloitte's M&A Technology team – part of the wider Deal Transformation & Post Merger Integration (DT&PMI) team – helps buyers and sellers identify, protect, and unlock the full value of technology and digital assets throughout the transactions process. We support clients through complex technological challenges, enabling informed decision-making and successful negotiations.

You will also build knowledge and understanding of how established IT platforms, software, cyber and corporate IT solutions underpin business models and how emerging technologies are a critical enabler for growth and competitive advantage.
The combination of financial understanding through CIMA, technology knowledge and project management skills will provide you will the rounded skillset to operate across the end-to-end M&A life cycle from technology due diligence through to IT separation or integration and downstream IT transformation.
