Graduate - Business Transformation Consulting - Supply Chain & Network Operations

Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Project Management.

What does this team do?

In Supply Chain & Network Operations (SC&NO), we focus on helping our clients transform their supply chains to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world. From emerging technologies to shifting consumer behaviours, geopolitical uncertainty, sustainability goals, and digital disruption, supply chains are more important than ever for business success.

How are we helping our people achieve their ambitions?
"Since starting the graduate programme at Deloitte, I've found the constant support from your peers and my manager as well as the training sessions really helpful."

We work with some of the world’s largest and most successful organisations, as well as major government bodies, to help them adapt and thrive. Whether it’s embracing new business models to drive growth, reducing costs, managing risks, or building resilient, sustainable supply chains, we enable our clients to achieve their goals.

Our SC&NO team combines strategic thinking, advisory services, and cutting-edge technologies - including artificial intelligence - to reimagine supply chains end-to-end. We use AI to enhance decision-making, predict disruptions, and optimise operations, enabling organisations to stay ahead in an increasingly complex environment.

What kind of work will I do?

As a Graduate in SC&NO, you will work on large-scale transformation projects across a range of industries, gaining exposure to both business and technology challenges. As part of your role, you will:

  • Develop an understanding of the key technologies and processes that enable supply chains and identify opportunities for transformation.
  • Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate these into actionable solutions.
  • Help design and deliver bespoke analytics-driven solutions that enable clients to make informed decisions about their supply chains.
  • Support the identification, configuration, and implementation of technologies that drive smart manufacturing and digital procurement, delivering tangible business value.
  • Combine digital technologies with innovative thinking to solve client challenges and help them embrace supply chain transformation.
  • Explore how supply chain solutions can improve sustainability and resilience, helping organisations meet their environmental and social goals.

Throughout your time at Deloitte, you’ll work collaboratively with clients and colleagues, gaining hands-on experience in delivering impactful solutions that redefine how organisations operate.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

All our workspaces are accessible, however, if you require further flexibility due to a health condition or caring responsibilities, please discuss this with our team.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any STEM degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

We’re looking for individuals who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. Skills that will make you successful in this role include:

  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Great communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

How will I develop?

As a Graduate (we call you Analysts) joining SC&NO, you will:

  • Be supported from your first day by our dedicated Early Talent team and senior sponsors from SC&NO.
  • Attend our Analyst Induction Programme (AIP) to learn about Deloitte’s culture, ways of working, and build your network.
  • Receive tailored training specific to SC&NO, including technologies and methodologies that will prepare you for client engagements.
  • Be assigned a buddy to guide you through your early days at Deloitte.
  • Have access to mentors, lunch and learns, and opportunities to network with colleagues at all levels of seniority.

At Deloitte, we are committed to your growth and development. As part of SC&NO, you will learn:

  • How to transform supply chains using the latest technologies and approaches.
  • How to interpret business strategies and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • What large-scale supply chain transformations look like and how to deliver them.
  • How to build rapport with clients and earn their trust.
