You will be equipped with practical experience in project management, business analysis and change management methodologies and applying this to exciting client assignments like organisational restructuring and change impact analysis.
You will join FDM as an Associate Consultant in the Change and Transformation Practice, where you’ll be delivering projects for our clients across a wide range of sectors and specialist areas. Client assignments could see you operating as a Change Manager, Transformation Manager, Project Manager, Principal Business Analyst, Programme Director and more. Career development at FDM will see you progress to Consultant, Senior Consultant then Principal Consultant, as you develop your skills and experience delivering expert consultative work for clients.
