“Career Development in RCS”
In RCS you can expect to travel and work with people from different countries and cultures.
International placements are common for those that can prove themselves and have the desire.
There is opportunity to follow a career path into management, project engineering or become a specialist.
A graduate joining RCS will be expected, under supervision, to make a direct contribution to one of our projects within their first year.
With an experienced Mentor to guide you and undertaking a variety of training modules, you will work towards gaining a professional qualification while also building both technical and interpersonal skills.
You will need a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree or Masters’ degree, preferably in a business, project management or technical related discipline, supported by analytical skills, commercial acumen, creative thinking and strong leadership qualities. Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for making things happen.
