Your qualification and skills:

We are looking for talented, bright individuals, who are enthusiastic and motivated and who can work effectively as part of a team.

You will possess a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering (2:1 or above/or equivalent). You will have excellent communication skills, problem solving attitude and leadership potential. 

If you have an Electrical Engineering background, currently completing or have recently completed your degree, and you feel you are ready for a challenge then why not take advantage of our European Engineering Opportunities? 

You will also need to be fully mobile and willing to relocate during the course of the programme, as our assignments are based throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Finally, ideally you need to possess a clean UK driving license in time for the start of the programme in October 2022.

The programme: 

Our European Graduate Programme is a strategic investment into our future leaders of Air Products and innovators that will keep us ahead in our field. When you join, right from day one you will work on challenging assignments. We are committed to providing you with an environment in which you can learn, grow and develop. 

You will receive a healthy remuneration package which includes additional benefits such as pension scheme, 26 days annual leave, Employee Assistance Programme and preferential gym membership (in some of our locations). Our high achievers are likely to be promoted within the first 18-24 months and if your performance continues to exceed all expectations you can expect a similar continuation of advancement from then on. 

In addition, we will support you in achieving chartership within 6 years with the IET.
