Why did you choose to apply to a graduate role at Diageo?

It’s simple, Diageo is globally renowned and steeped with prestige. I wanted to be part of amazing brands that “celebrate life, every day, everywhere”. I believed that Diageo could offer me clear opportunities for career progression, networking connections, incredible mentorship and development opportunities. The prospect of flexible work and the encouraged travel and relocation opportunities was something that distinguishes Diageo from other companies.

What do you wish you knew when you were applying to Diageo?

Firstly, I would be excited rather than nervous for the assessment centre- the early careers team are incredibly organised and the morning flies by- it turns out to be a really enjoyable day in which you get a real feel for the company and the culture. Current graduates are always more than happy to connect and share their experiences.

Tell us about your experience as a graduate with Diageo? – what kind of support is offered, what is the culture like, etc.

Everyone is super happy to help and answer any questions- no question, is a silly question.
