"As a back-end developer, I create and maintain services that ensure data protection to manage authorisation and authentication. We always use the latest technologies, and I think it's really cool that we work on a cloud platform at a bank. It's also amazing how much training you can access - I'm currently on a programme led by the Imperial College of London that focuses on automated tools and test-driven development."
