What to expect on our Internship Programme
- Buddy & Mentor Scheme - To help you start building your network and to ensure you feel supported throughout your Internship and beyond, we’ll connect you with your own buddy and mentor. They’ll be there to act as a sounding board, to help you navigate the organisation and to seek advice when you need it.
- Networking & Social Events - We recognise the importance of networking for our interns so we’ll create formal and informal opportunities for you to connect with your peers and new colleagues throughout the programme.
- Induction - Before you join your teams, you’ll be introduced to Deutsche Bank through various interactive activities and simulations with your intern class, where you’ll learn about our structure, strategy, values and culture.
- Professional Skills Training - We’re committed to investing in your continuous development and from day one you’ll be focused on enhancing your personal brand, self-awareness, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Divisional Training - You’ll be immersed in tailored, interactive training related to your specific divisional programme ensuring you feel confident on the first day with your team.
- Joining your Team - There’s no replacement for on-the-job learning – as soon as you join your team, you’ll learn first-hand from some of the industry’s top minds and thought leaders and build a valuable network of experts along the way.
