My job consists of building dashboards that provide valuable business insights to internal customers (such as the Operations department) and external customers (Utilities companies such as Thames Water). It has been exciting to translate complex data into valuable information these stakeholders can read and make data-led decisions. The main tool I use for this is Qlik, a powerful tool for transforming and visualising data, which has been great to learn about as I did not know how to use Qlik before starting.
Outside of work, being on a graduate scheme at Arqiva offers a reminiscent university-like experience. You begin your journey with a group of keen graduates that remain a part of your professional life even after transitioning to post-graduate scheme positions. We often organize social outings and occasional office gatherings.
