Why did you apply to Arqiva?

I applied to Arqiva as its ownership of the tallest structures in the UK stood out to me. I also felt like joining Arqiva would expose me to very different and specialised roles in the broadcasting industry. The graduate scheme values personal growth as much as professional development which is another reason I applied for Arqiva.

Describe your role (in interesting and exciting terms!)

I'm a Structural Engineer which means that I maintain and manage Arqiva's broadcasting infrastructure (towers and masts) that enables TV, Radio and Utilities in the UK. My day to day consists of solving problems and I have also got involved in designing. The Senior engineers in the team are very supportive and actively encourage curiosity.

Any advise to potential applicants?

My advice is to allow your enthusiasm for the role shine through in the interview. Be curious and ask questions to see if Arqiva matches your values and expectations.
