Our Quality & Sustainability and Supplier Management teams are looking for motivated, forward-thinking, and solutions-focused graduates to join our 23 Month Graduate Scheme. Q&S and Supplier Management plays a critical role in protecting our products, supporting our suppliers, and ensuring we continue to deliver the quality, safety, and sustainability standards our customers expect.

In this role, you'll gain exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle, developing a broad understanding of how quality, compliance, sustainability, and supplier partnerships come together across one of the UK's largest retailers.

Working closely with colleagues across Buying, Supply Chain, Logistics, and our supplier network, you'll help ensure our products meet legal, ethical, and quality requirements while supporting key business objectives.

You'll have the opportunity to experience a variety of specialist areas including Sustainability within the supply chain, Quality Assurance functions such as audit, analysis, consumer testing and quality development, Packaging Management, Labelling Compliance and Supplier Onboarding, developing both strategic and operational expertise.

A key part of this programme is maintaining a strong connection to our operations. By spending time across Stores & Logistics at the start of your placement, and working with multiple Head Office functions throughout your placement, you will be able to apply your learning in a practical environment, and further develop your leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre held in our Head Office in Tolworth on 01/12/2026. We look forward to receiving your application.

What you'll do

Programmes & Standards

• Embedding quality & sustainability into product and supply chains to secure a resilient future
• Anticipate risk, shape strategy, drive projects and map progress to ensure commitments are met

Compliance & Operations

• Support due diligence activities across products and suppliers, helping to maintain robust controls and compliance standards.
• Assist with investigations, corrective action plans, and the resolution of quality-related issues.
• Analyse performance data, audit findings, and supplier information to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

Packaging and Labelling

• Help ensure packaging complies with legal requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Work with Buying, Suppliers, and Quality teams to manage packaging updates, artwork approvals, and product launches.

Supplier Onboarding 

• Help ensure packaging complies with legal requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Work with Buying, Suppliers, and Quality teams to manage packaging updates, artwork approvals, and product launches.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2:2 degree (in any discipline), awarded in 2025, 2026 or 2027, but graduated by September 2027.
• A genuine interest in retail operations and identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and sustainability.
• A naturally curious individual who enjoys asking questions, exploring new ideas, and challenging the status quo.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, review data, solve problems, and drive actions forward.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.
• Passionate about quality, sustainability, and making a positive impact for customers, colleagues, and communities.
