This role offers real project ownership, direct collaboration with experienced leaders, and the chance to actively shape how our employees experience working here. 

Building your future from the ground up you'll spend your first year rotating across either the Employee Lifecycle or HR Services areas. This will give you broad exposure to the people function and a strong understanding of how we attract, develop, and engage our colleagues.

In your second year, you'll specialise in one of these areas, deepening your expertise while continuing to build your leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre held in our Head Office in Tolworth on 07/12/2026. We look forward to receiving your application. 

What you'll do

• Support the delivery of payroll and HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all activities.
• Help design and deliver seamless onboarding and continuous learning pathways for ongoing employee development.
• Coordinate end-to-end learning, including course administration, vendor coordination, and training schedules.
• Act as an operational recruiter across diverse business areas, including Logistics, Sales and Office roles.
• Manage candidate communications to deliver a smooth, high-quality recruitment experience
• Coordinate national inclusion and culture events across the business
• Champion and administer our employee recognition schemes to ensure achievements are celebrated business-wide.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation projects, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.

What you'll need

• Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree
• Are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required
• Able to commute/relocate within a reasonable commute to our Head Office in Tolworth, South West London
• Passionate about DE&I, with a desire to help enhance our processes and deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience
• Curious about how diverse experiences shape the employee journey
• A self-starter with an ambitious, can-do attitude
• A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
• Eager to learn and always looking for opportunities to develop
• Able to balance people-focused thinking with business priorities
