What you'll do

The Marketing Graduate Programme will take you through an intense, demanding but incredibly rewarding two years of structured development across the marketing department. The marketing department is responsible for the execution and management of all activity that runs across all paid and owned channels. Including, but not limited to, in-store posters, the leaflet, social and above the line advertising. 

Across each team, you will work alongside and feed into our in-house production and creative team, who design, artwork and create everything from stills to moving images and beautiful photography. 

What you'll need

• Achieved or 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree
• Are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required
• Are you able to commute/relocate within a reasonable commute to our Head Office in Tolworth, South West London
• Experience working within a marketing-based role is advantageous 
• Passion for working as part of a team and ability to work independently 
• Desire to learn, develop and challenge yourself in a demanding and dynamic environment
• A naturally analytical mind-set with plenty of common sense
• Attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial flair, adaptable and highly driven
• Decisive and able to cope with the pressure of demanding targets and deadlines
• Communicates confidently and effectively 
• German language skills desirable but not essential
