Comprehensive and carefully structured development 

If you have a Business, Finance or similar degree, an aptitude for data analysis, can build relationships, deliver results, show initiative, and adapt to changing environments then our three-year programme will suit you. It offers direct experience and responsibility across a range of positions within Finance, Marketing, Retail, Strategic Planning & Scheduling. 

If you’ve graduated in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Process Engineering (preferably MEng), and believe you have the technical and behavioural skills needed to lead in business through the energy transition then our engineering graduate programme is designed for you.
