We are focused on advancing diversity and inclusion across our global workforce and industry, and expanding opportunities for others through technology, inclusion and digital readiness initiatives. We have a comprehensive strategy within our recently launched 2030 Corporate Responsibility RISE goals, that includes partnering with diverse suppliers, diversifying our venture portfolio and strengthening the technical pipeline to encourage more women and underrepresented minorities to enter and succeed in technology careers.
In April we, along with , Dell, Nasdaq, NTT Data and Snap Inc. announced the Alliance for Global Inclusion, a new coalition committed to a unified set of diversity and inclusion goals and metrics that will accelerate the adoption of inclusive business practices across industries through transparency and collaboration.
As part of this announcement, the Alliance also launched an inclusion index, which serves as a benchmark for companies to track DEI improvements, current best practices and opportunities to improve outcomes based on a global survey of 13 companies.
