Recruitment Process

We welcome applicants from all areas of the community with undergraduate degrees in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or IT related subjects.

We understand the time pressures that you are under and we keep our promise to let you know what is happening with your application at each stage of the application process. You will be given every opportunity to demonstrate your skills and experience at each step of our assessment process.

Once your CV has been received via our recruitment portal and reviewed by the HR Team, the stages to our recruitment process are as follows:

If you are an ideal candidate for PCMS, you will be invited to attend a telephone interview with a member of the Development Team; the interview will last for 30 minutes.

If successful at this stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre with a number of other applicants. You will get to meet current undergraduates and managers from across the Company which will allow you to learn more about PCMS and the programme we have on offer. The day will also include a variety of exercises such as:

  • A competency based interview
  • Group work
  • Individual activities
  • Presentation.

Full feedback will be given at each stage of the interview process for development purposes.
