What you’ll be doing;

  • Analyse plant and incoming customer samples in line with company procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess incoming bulk deliveries, record vehicle details and maintain accurate computerised records.
  • Support the Technical Manager and Senior Chemist with laboratory equipment maintenance, paperwork and general lab duties.
  • Maintain high standards of laboratory cleanliness, organisation and housekeeping.
  • Help promote health, safety, environmental awareness and compliance with the site’s EPR permit.

What we're looking for;

  • A detail-focused and safety-conscious approach to laboratory and operational work.
  • Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain clear, reliable records.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
  • Someone who works well within a team and can support a range of technical and site-based tasks.
  • Good organisation skills and pride in maintaining a clean, orderly working environment.
  • Flexibility to work the rotating weekly shift pattern.
