As the world faces up to a complex set of challenges, hear from some of the scientists and innovators who are finding the solutions today.

As a JM LEAD Graduate, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Completing three rotational placements over 2.5 years across key business areas including Science, Commercial and Operations.
  • Leading and supporting business-critical projects that improve performance, sustainability, growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across global teams to deliver solutions and build broad business understanding.
  • Applying technical and analytical skills to solve complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Building leadership capability through structured development and exposure to senior stakeholders.
  • Contributing to projects that create value through innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline, with a minimum 2:1 classification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technical knowledge in practical settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a genuine interest in developing as a future leader.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel or undertake assignments across JM locations.
