London | Stratford | Manhattan Loft Gardens

This £250 million (GDV), 143-metre landmark tower in East London combines technical prowess and architectural flair to create Europe’s most exciting residential and hotel tower.

Comprising 42 storeys housing 248 apartments above a 150-room hotel, a spa, triple height lobby and two restaurants, this confirms Stratford as one of the emerging prime residential, commercial and cultural hubs of London and will play a key role in the regeneration of the area.

Manchester | The Lightbox

The Lightbox is the next exciting phase of construction at MediaCityUK, one of the country’s largest media and technology hubs. The £35 million development will provide 238 luxury one, two and three bed apartments, available for private sale.

Comprising 19 storeys, the waterside apartments will overlook MediaCityUK’s waterfront, offering stunning views over Salford Quays, Coronation Street and the Manchester skyline.

Neath Port Talbot | Ysgol Bae Baglan

Ysgol Bae Baglan is an award-winning all-through school which has brought together three comprehensives and one primary school. Home to 1,400 pupils aged three to 16, it provides state-of-the-art 21st Century educational facilities that will be available for community use out of school hours.

Designed to BIM Level 2 and BREEAM Excellent this landmark facility comprises three storeys: a single storey primary school, two storey secondary wings and on the third floor a science and open plant area.

Designed in a modular fashion, it will support changes to learning requirements in the future and is a fantastic environment for staff and students alike.

Cambridge | Triangle

This new office headquarters for Cambridge Assessment, the University of Cambridge’s international exams group, comprises two separate four storey buildings, with one taller slender tower element approximately 39m high.

Known as The Triangle, the new headquarters will bring together all of Cambridge Assessment’s Cambridge-based staff from 11 different offices across the city.

As well as office space, catering areas, meeting rooms and archive space, the new headquarters will also provide green and outdoor spaces including courtyard gardens for staff to relax and work in.

London | University College London Hospitals (UCLH)

This new state-of-the-art hospital will be dedicated to advanced cancer treatment and surgery services in central London.

The treatment centre will be one of the first facilities of its kind in the country and will form part of a new national high energy proton beam therapy programme.

The proton beam therapy facility will be located underground, and there will be five additional floors above ground offering care and treatment of blood cancer and short stay surgery. Bouygues UK is working in collaboration with its Bouygues Construction sister company Bouygues Travaux Publics for the underground element of the project.

London | Brent | Queen’s Park Place, Queen’s Park

Queen’s Park Place is a residential-led mixed-use development next to Queen’s Park station, providing 116 highly specified contemporary homes, 28 affordable homes, and 5,200 sq ft of commercial floorspace let to Marks & Spencer.

The project forms part of the £400m regeneration of South Kilburn, which aims to deliver 2,400 new high-quality homes. Located at the gateway between South Kilburn and Queen’s Park, this development creates a new urban landmark, enhancing the vision set out by the London Borough of Brent for South Kilburn.
