BT isn’t just about customers like you and me, buying broadband. We provide services and products for a whole host of business customers as well, for things like networks, cyber security, mobile, fixed voice…anything they need! Our consultants work with our customers understand their unique business challenges and needs; and then takes it all and turns it into a recommendation for appropriate digital technology systems, applications and platforms. You’ll develop advanced knowledge of our technical solutions, as well as how they all interact together. But just being technical isn’t enough. We’ll teach you how to manage risk, change and conflict as part of the solution design process and lifecycle, as well as how to prioritise and manage all your projects together. You’ll also learn how to build and maintain relationships with your stakeholders around the business, and make sure teams come together to deliver on time.
