Projects

Below are some of the projects we have worked on...

Bonham Quay, Galway

Bonham Quay has been designed and built to create a healthy, greener work environment where it is easy to make sustainable choices. The Sisk digital construction team completed a fully coordinated design of 3D, 4D and 5D Building Information Models.

Capital Dock, Dublin

The Capital Dock development includes Ireland’s tallest residential building, along with 32,000m2 of commercial space. At 79 metres high, the 23-storey residential tower is a striking addition to Dublin’s cityscape. The mixed-use development, spread across three apartment blocks, has brought a further 190 homes to the private rental sector in the city.

Southern Sweden Data Centre

The Southern Sweden project consisted of one stand-alone 15MW shell, single storey data centre building with an initial fit out of the first 7.5MW IT capacity. An administration block was also delivered for operational space, facilities operations centre (FOC), secure storage, security operations centre (SOC) and facilities required for fully operational data centres.

Avondale House and Forest Park

In 2022, we completed the restoration of Avondale House and Forest Park. The project involved the restoration of existing courtyard buildings, construction of a new Orientation Centre, Seed Café, Pavilion building, kitchen, new exit road, overflow carpark, wastewater treatment plant, extensive landscaping works and the construction of a unique tree top tower and walkway.

Coca-Cola Distribution Plant, London, UK

Following our successful completion of a €77m concentrate facility and €40m flavouring facility in Ireland, Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd entrusted John Sisk & Son with the creation of a new €13.8m automated storage and retrieval system at their major Edmonton site in Greater London.

Whitelee Windfarm, Scotland

This JV project required the design and construction of an extension to the largest onshore wind farm in Europe. Sisk in 50% JV partnership fulfilled the role of Principal contractor for the client and scope included design and construction of the following; 10km of excavated track and 34km of floating roads over deep peat and 68 turbine bases in peat depths of 3.3m.

Clapham South Underground Station, London

This major refurbishment of this Northern Line Underground Station involved alterations to the ticket hall, lower concourse and platform, as well as the installation of cable and communication systems to cater for improved passenger security and information needs. As a listed building, the station walls, floor and ceiling finishes were restored to their original condition.
