AECOM’s Sustainability team, part of our Building Engineering Business Line, is recognised as a leader in sustainable development. Our specialists help clients design and deliver low-carbon, resilient, and sustainable buildings and communities.
We support projects across the entire building lifecycle - from early feasibility and planning through design, construction, and operation. Our work spans a wide range of sectors including housing, healthcare, education, commercial offices, retail, and hospitality, as well as advisory work for existing building portfolios.
Our projects range from supporting government policy on climate change and sustainability to developing energy and sustainability strategies for major developments and regeneration projects.

Our team works on a diverse range of high-profile developments and public sector projects. These include major regeneration schemes such as Wood Wharf, Silvertown Quays, and UCL East Campus.
