Are you ready to be a Shaper of the future?

Help corporate and private equity clients shape and realise value.

Programme overview:

Early Careers at EY
At EY, our diverse teams empower you to ask the tough questions and get the right support every step of the way.

On the Operations Summer Internship, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping organisations unlock value, navigate change and deliver successful transactions. You’ll work in high-performing teams across the full transaction lifecycle, supporting clients through due diligence, integration, divestitures and operational transformation.

Using data, analysis and strategic thinking, you’ll help solve complex business challenges and drive meaningful outcomes. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll unlock your potential and make a real impact for clients and society.

Core skills for success:

  • Confidence in ambiguity — make sound decisions with limited information and learn fast.
  • Analytical thinking — interpret data and evidence to form strong insights.
  • Problem solving — break down complex challenges into workable actions.
  • Self-direction — set goals, manage time and take initiative for development.

What you will be doing:

  • Work on operational due diligence, integration, divestiture and value creation projects for corporate and private equity clients.
  • Use operational analysis and due diligence insights to support transactions and help clients navigate challenges throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with experienced project teams, clients and deal teams across EY-Parthenon.
  • Build confidence and skills through continuous learning and hands-on experience.

Please note, opportunities will close once positions are filled or if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment. In some cases, roles may reopen throughout the recruitment season, so please check back regularly if the role you're interested in is currently closed.
