Shape trust and confidence around business process and technology risks

Programme overview

Early Careers at EY
At EY, our diverse teams empower you to ask the tough questions and get the right support every step of the way.

Technology and business processes sit at the heart of most modern organisations. While opening opportunities, they also introduce risk. You’ll shape the future with confidence, combining digital expertise, technology and controls insight to help clients transform. You’ll drive growth, manage risk and create impact, shaping industries through real-world technological solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Use data, technology and professional judgement to help clients safeguard their business and IT environments and meet contractual and legislative obligations.
  • Grow in your career to attend meetings, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with EY teams across the globe.
  • Develop your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching, and formal learning.

Core skills for success

  • Curiosity and motivation – Gaining a broad understanding of the business and IT landscape of some of our biggest clients, including their approach to cybersecurity, internal controls, data protection, resiliency, and software asset management.
  • Integrity and quality – Assessing complex projects to spot risks and make recommendations.
  • Analytical and systems thinking – Analysing data, communicating with clients and presenting your work.
  • Digital, data and AI fluency – Understanding the risks associated with emerging technologies, including cloud adoption, the use of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation.

Here at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience. We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential. Through our coaching and training programmes, you’ll develop the skills you need to stay relevant today and, in the future – all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond.

Please note, opportunities will close once positions are filled or if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment. In some cases, roles may reopen throughout the recruitment season, so please check back regularly if the role you're interested in is currently closed.
