We have a Graduate Continuous Improvement Engineer (CI) role available based at our Warrington Manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be trained to drive Continuous Improvement activities by implementing CI standards and methodologies. Your role will lead Kaizen (workshops) teams to enhance the Plants Industrial Performance Indicators and drive improvements through technical audits of Injection, Painting and Maintenance processes.

  • An Engineering Degree – Preferably 2:1 Manufacturing / Automotive
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No International Sponsorship)
  • Though full training will be provided a genuine interest in Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5s, Standardisation, Visual Management and Problem Solving is advantageous
  • A desire to take on a challenge and succeed
  • As an entry graduate we offer an extensive two-year continuous training plan.

Ultimately we are looking to develop an ambitious and enthusiastic engineer who can play a vital role in the further development of our successful business.
