The last week of August is the perfect ending for the summer holiday with 1 week of team building, specific training and a lot of networking.
We have tailor-made social activities on a regular basis. Fun is guaranteed! In the last year, the UK team has held our regular ski trip in France, a weekend in the Scottish highlands and a trip to the Duoro Valley in Portugal, amongst others.
The yearly team building is a week-long abroad full of activities, training, team dinners, team building activities, and a big dinner party. Besides that, this is the time when we reflect on the past year and set the goals for the year ahead together!
Besides the activities we provide you all year round, we also recognise your journey within Kaizen Institute and celebrate milestones achieved together. Once you reach specific milestones we will reward you for your commitment and loyalty.
