You will partner with some of the world's largest businesses to implement and sustain Kaizen practices, ensuring you receive exposure to impactful projects from day one.

At Kaizen Institute, you will dive into client projects immediately and receive intensive, structured, on-the-job training covering all aspects of KAIZEN™ methodologies. What will you do

Immerse yourself in the client's world by heading to their project site. At Kaizen Institute, you will work closely, shoulder-to-shoulder, with the client's team to lead transformative change within their organisation. You will be at the forefront, meticulously mapping processes, conducting data analysis, and detailing opportunities for significant operational improvements.

Once you have pinpointed the most significant opportunities, it is time to roll up your sleeves and dive in headfirst. You will be the architect of change, crafting and executing project plans that meet and exceed our proposal to our client.  These changes will continue to impact long after our engagement has concluded.

Where will you work

You will primarily be based at client locations across the UK. Weekday travel flexibility is essential.
