The Quality department represents the voice of the Rolls-Royce customer within Plant Goodwood. We ensure this voice is heard throughout every stage of the vehicle's lifecycle by collecting customer feedback from a variety of sources and converting this into improvement actions. From the very early stages of a new vehicle development, through to series production, we develop business strategies that deliver the required quality levels. We ensure that any problems, which may impact on our customers, are solved quickly and effectively. To be successful, we have to co-ordinate the activities of a wide range of departments towards one common goal. Our team is seeking a graduate to join from September 2023.
What will you be doing?
Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer term projects.
Support, coordination and management of new model introduction daily tasks.
Support, analysis and implementation of improvements to support the Quality steering process.
Analysis of dealer feedback to support the introduction of fast and effective customer protections and solutions.
Support the communication of dealer feedback to the vehicle inspection and test departments.
Studying towards or have achieved a Bachelor’s degree at 2:2 or above or a Master’s degree Pass or above in a relevant Engineering course.
Strong self-motivation, ability to negotiate and convince others, good communication skills.
Understanding and experience of problem solving.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office).
Technical vehicle knowledge would be beneficial.
Additional language skills would be useful.
