The position will sit in the Total Vehicle Validation and Integration team, and will involve technical projects as well as general support of the team during vehicle launch phases, and analysis activities.
Virtual evaluation of new product concepts
Documentation and support for problem solving process
Checking of first off parts for new products
Supporting pre-series vehicle testing
Hands on support on assembly line during new product builds
Measurement and repeatability studies
Detailed, methodical problem solving.
Qualifications and Experience
Studying a relevant Engineering degree at a 2:1 level or above
Excellent communication skills
A passion for automotive engineering
Ability to perform well both in a team and on individual projects
Desire to bring fresh ideas from the field of engineering, and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
