As the Regional Marketing Intern for Client and Brand you will be working within the Regional Team responsible for the UK, Europe, Russia & Central Asia, supporting the Regional Marketing Teams. Based at the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Technology and Logistics Centre near Goodwood, the Region manages 40 Dealer and Service partners in over 20 markets, providing a superb opportunity to work within an area dealing with multiple languages, cultures and experiences.
What will you be doing?
For us, no two days are the same but as a snapshot of some of the things that you will be involved with:
Support in the coordination and allocation of cars to dealers and events, coordination with the fleet manager, liaison with the fleet workshop, control of disclaimers and forms according to legal and insurance guidelines.
Support with planning for all Regional events including Goodwood Festival of Speed, drive days and our Spirit events programme
Support in planning for some marketing events including summer hotspot programmes, ambassador programmes and affinity partner events.
Progress to becoming a product expert, supporting with any supplier or agency product training.
Support the Regional marketing team with dealer queries, Salesforce (CRM) management, marketing campaigns and agency management.
Additional support to the Region for administrative tasks including meeting arrangements, catering and courier management.
Qualifications and Experience
Studying towards a 2:1 in a degree in Marketing, Events, International Business, Business Administration and Management or a similar field may find this role of particular interest.
Marketing environment experience is preferable along with project management skills, whilst a strong command of the English language, in both written and spoken form, ideally with an additional European language skill.
A strong operational understanding of Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential, together with high levels of analytical skills. An interest in the luxury automotive sector would be advantageous, as would an understanding of SAP or Salesforce. The successful candidate will be required to travel on an occasional basis to support Regional Marketing events and dealer visits
