Our Recruitment Process

We want to support all candidates to shine so please tell us if you need anything additional to make this possible. We'll do all we can to make adjustments that work for you.

We've recently changed the way we're assessing applicants. We want to hear about you and why you think we’re a good fit. If you want to work for us, you'll first fill out our application form. Once you’ve applied, we’ll be in touch to let you know whether we’d like to progress your application.

We’re anticipating a high number of applicants so we may not respond straight away, but don’t worry we’ll always reply to let you know what we've decided.

In line with COVID-19 restrictions and to ensure the safety of you and our people we’ve adapted the next steps slightly.

A successful applicant will be invited to attend a virtual assessment centre in early 2021, which will be a great opportunity to assess if we’re a good fit for each other. If you impress us, we may then ask you to attend an individual interview which will cover both personal skills and professional abilities and give you the opportunity to ask us any questions. We’ll be in touch shortly after to let you know our decision.
