The Role

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will join our growing Digital Transformation team and help bridge the gap between business strategy and technology delivery. Working alongside senior business analysts, solution architects, and project managers, you will support the analysis of business processes, gather stakeholder requirements, and contribute to the delivery of innovative technology solutions. This role offers a structured career pathway with hands-on exposure to enterprise clients, Agile methodologies, and modern digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, process flows, and acceptance criteria using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Document current-state ("As-Is") processes and support the design of future-state ("To-Be") business process models.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or digital optimisation.
  • Build strong working relationships with product owners, developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, status reports, business cases, and governance documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in solution designs.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and defect management.
  • Contribute to project delivery activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong eagerness to learn new technologies, industries, and consulting frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, diagramming, or collaboration tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience

  • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or data analysis concepts.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Internship, placement, or project experience within technology, consulting, business analysis, or enterprise operations environments.
  • Interest in digital transformation, business process improvement, and technology-driven change.
