Graduate Desktop Support Engineers are responsible for providing touch support to the end users for any desktop/laptop/printer issues. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge in networking and system administration, and have an aptitude to prioritise and execute tasks independently without escalations in a high-pressure environment.
Oversee and update assigned support service requests.
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management
Grow clients and communicate to Account Manager by determining new opportunities.
Support the mobile devices for registering in BES or Intune environment.
Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.

Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in Desktop support, executive support and handling issues in Windows OS.
Good knowledge on computer hardware, Desktop Operating systems and OS deployment using MDT, SCCM or any other tools.
Basic knowledge on network management and Active Directory.
Sound Knowledge on Software deployment through various tools and application packaging, deployment and troubleshooting.
Possess strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills.
Constantly seeks to improve technical knowledge and researches new product capabilities.
