Graduate Desktop Support Engineers are responsible for providing touch support to the end users for any desktop/laptop/printer issues. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge in networking and system administration, and have an aptitude to prioritise and execute tasks independently without escalations in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and update assigned support service requests.
  • Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management
  • Grow clients and communicate to Account Manager by determining new opportunities.
  • Support the mobile devices for registering in BES or Intune environment.
  • Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in Desktop support, executive support and handling issues in Windows OS.
  • Good knowledge on computer hardware, Desktop Operating systems and OS deployment using MDT, SCCM or any other tools.
  • Basic knowledge on network management and Active Directory.
  • Sound Knowledge on Software deployment through various tools and application packaging, deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Possess strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Constantly seeks to improve technical knowledge and researches new product capabilities.
  • We will accept applications from students studying any STEM related degree providing you can show some previous knowledge of computing/programming.
