As an IBM Netcool Designer and Developer, you will be joining our team in Newbury. This is a Permanent graduate role.
Python development skills.
Knowledge in any OSS Assurance tools.
Knowledge of third party integration of Netcool with other OSS and BSS components such as BMC Remedy/ServiceNow, Inventory Systems Experience of Integration of EMS/OSS applications into Netcool using Netcool probes and Gateways.
Excellent communication skills & team-working skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Good personal presentation skills required as working in a professional environment, likely to be demanding timelines.
Should have ability to see problems from different dimension/s and to solve them excellent analytical skills.
Candidate must be eligible for SC clearance.
Understanding the Netcool system and related interfaces.
Act as an SME for Netcool application and operate from client location.
Netcool servers are currently in secured zone. Identified associate need to do Netcool design, development and deployments in servers that are resided in Secured zone.
Associate need to work with customers and with offshore development team to deliver projects on time.
