Morgan joined GRAHAM in 2022 after her Highers and is based on site 4 days with 1 day in university.
"My favourite thing about being a QS is being based on site as no two days are the same. I work with lots of different people each day which really improves my construction knowledge."
Morgan knew she didn't want to attend University full time. Recognising the value of learning whilst earning, she decided to pursue an apprenticeship.
"A career in construction is really fun and interesting. There are so many opportunities. My advice to anyone leaving school is to go for it!"
