Your interview will consist of a panel (at least 2) of the GRAHAM team, which will either be face to face or online and you will be informed of this prior to the interview.

Whilst having a driving licence can be beneficial, it is not always essential. Requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that some of our project sites are in remote locations, where access may require personal transport, so having a licence will definitely be an advantage.
Your role will determine where you are based. You could be out on site directly working on a building, civil engineering, or interior fit-out project, or you could be based at one of our offices across the UK and Ireland.

You will be provided with support from counsellors and mentors along with training, aligning to either ICE, RICS, CIOB or CICE to help support you in achieving professional membership.
Chartership may be included in the End Point Assessment (EPA) for Degree-Level Apprenticeships meaning successful completion of the EPA can lead directly to professional membership or registration with the relevant institution.
