You’ll join a Project Engineering Team which will be located across the UK and Middle East, finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Our Graduate Programme

Accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), our graduate programme has been specifically designed to develop your business and technical capabilities. We take time to invest in our emerging engineers and are committed to support your development throughout your career.

During your first 15 months you will carry out a range of functional placements across our global business, including the Middle East, providing you with detailed insight to our business and to your personal career aspirations. This experience will shape your first role in the business and provide the foundation for the continued development of your personal career path.

After completing the Graduate Programme, our graduates will typically go into roles in Project Engineering focusing on Business Development or Project Management.

With a Masters degree in a relevant Mechanical Engineering discipline, you’ll have ambition, vision, enthusiasm and drive to succeed. You will be looking to build an innovative, rewarding career and want to continue to develop your technical skills to achieve Chartered status.
