We are proud to be launching our next intake of future business leaders. During a two year development programme, designed to help shape and excel your career, you will have the full support of your own dedicated mentor, from within our senior management team. The programme will cover 4 rotations across the 2 years, including the option to choose your final business rotation which has been designed to ensure that you have full knowledge of the project lifecycle. In addition to the rotations, you will also be invited to insight days and business related workshops to gain a full understanding of how the business operates within our central services team. The topics covered in the workshops will focus on strategic thinking and leadership skills to further broaden your knowledge and enhance your career with us.
We are looking for a high-performing Graduate Process Engineer. As the successful candidate, you will have proven your commitment to your career by obtaining a 1st (1:1) or Upper 2nd (2:1) degree in Chemical / Process related Engineering. You will have the passion to excel and have a keen interest in manganese and biological Fe removal. You will supposed the team to deliver Civil, Mechanical and Electrical schemes, predominantly in the water industry. This will include getting involved with the Quality Control, Project Management and Promotion of Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives on site.
