“Being an MWH Treatment graduate allows you to not only utilise the knowledge you’ve learnt at university, but also to gain great practical awareness. My favourite part of the role has been seeing the company’s designs out on site. This helped develop my understanding of both the design and build aspects of the business. The work environment is extremely friendly and supportive, I’ve never felt unable to ask a question – no matter how trivial.”
