I chose EES because I’d worked with Excitation Systems in my first job out of uni and had always wanted to know them in enough detail to design and commission them.
There are many things that I love about working at EES but there are two big things that EES offers which many companies are not able to.
The first is that you are treated as a person, not a number.
The second is the level of excellence within the people you work with.
Your question will never be answered with “That’s how we’ve always done it” and left there.
