Our Full-Time Analyst Programme is a two-year experience designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles and purpose. The programme begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities - all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.

Americas Institutional Business (AIB) - AIB collaborates with teams across BlackRock – including iShares, Risk Advisory, Fixed Income, Equity, Alternatives and Multi-Asset investment teams – to deliver the breadth and depth of BlackRock’s platform to institutional clients. Our clients include pensions, family offices, foundations, endowments, investment consultants and healthcare systems. The Institutional Client Business is a global team that spans 30+ offices and covers 4,000+ institutional clients worldwide.
Financial Institutions Group (FIG) - FIG is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with insurers. We pride ourselves on creating and delivering bespoke investment solutions, advisory and analyses to our clients. We partner closely with other teams at BlackRock, including Financial Markets Advisory, FIG Portfolio Management and Aladdin FIG. We are the industry’s largest third-party manager of insurance assets.
Global Product Solutions - Global Product Solutions is a business at BlackRock that combines iShares, the Global Product Group (GPG), Sustainable & Transition Solutions (STS) and Portfolio Consulting. Together, we drive business strategy, innovation and commercialization of BlackRock’s full investment platform, unlocking new growth opportunities across Active, iShares and Private Markets.

Institutional-quality, client-relevant content by producing messaging and developing value propositions for BlackRock products, platforms and capabilities to attract new business
Contextual positioning and delivering in-depth product analysis, incorporating competitive information and exploring industry trends
Client-centric product development and data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities
What will you do as an Analyst?
Partner with key stakeholders (investment teams, relationship managers, marketing, legal, etc.) to position and deliver product content for client and internal communications
Develop a deep understanding of financial markets and BlackRock products with the goal of providing insights and ideas for products
Assist with strategic business and platform development initiatives
Identify industry, advisor and client trends to create a differentiated and impactful BlackRock experience for investors
What capabilities are we looking for?
Research and analytical skills
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to organise, prioritise and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment
Communication skills (written and oral), be adept at writing clearly and effectively, and critical thinking
Willingness and eagerness to learn new concepts and develop skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form meaningful working relationships
Your learning and development will include:
Receiving daily market-related updates, learning about how our products trade and react to market events
Workshops with internal partners to learn about BlackRock’s lines of business and firm priorities

Eligibility:
Candidates should be graduating from an undergraduate or Master’s degree programme between June 2026 - July 2027. We welcome applications from candidates studying any STEM degree subject.
Please note local language fluency is required to work at our Continental Europe locations. However, only English is required for Budapest or for a position within Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
