Our Full-Time Analyst Programme is a two-year experience designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles and purpose. The programme begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities - all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.

BlackRock Transformation Office - Drives transformation for BlackRock. We partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, develop a scalable operating and platform strategy, and lead end-to-end delivery.
Corporate Sustainability - Integrates sustainability into BlackRock’s corporate operations, strategy and disclosures.
Public Policy - Supports the creation of regulatory regimes that increase financial market visibility, protect investors, and facilitate responsible growth of capital markets while preserving consumer choice and accurately balancing benefits versus implementation costs.
Social Impact - Capitalises on initiatives that deliver outsized, long-term results for underserved individuals and their communities.
Strategic Client & Business Development (Europe) - Understands the priorities of our largest clients and develops plans that address their needs in partnership with executives and senior client contacts.
Strategic Partner Programme (the Americas and Asia Pacific) - Delivers BlackRock’s capabilities to a subset of our largest clients (i.e., global financial institutions, public pensions, insurers, official institutions and corporations).

What will you do as an Analyst?
Assist with strategic planning, metrics, reporting, cross-business initiatives and business process design
Partner with key internal teams (investment teams, relationship managers, marketing, legal) to position and deliver product content or business support
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and technology tools
Supervise developments in financial regulation, particularly as it relates to the asset management industry
What capabilities are we looking for?
Curiosity about financial services regulation and current affairs
Ability to clearly articulate sophisticated ideas, both in writing and verbally
Good judgment and outstanding ethics; the desire to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative and ambitious environment
Comfortable working with and making sense of large amounts of data; experience with big data/visualisation tools
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while prioritising the most pressing and impactful matters
Enjoys working in a cross-functional team-oriented environment

Eligibility:
Candidates should be graduating from an undergraduate or Master’s degree programme between June 2026 - July 2027. We welcome applications from candidates studying any STEM degree subject.
Please note local language fluency is required to work at our Continental Europe locations. However, only English is required for Budapest or for a position within Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
