The Full-Time Analyst Programme is for candidates who graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between June 2026 - July 2027. Please note the Analyst Programme start date is in August, with earlier start dates considered.

Our Full-Time Analyst Programme is a two-year experience designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles and purpose. The programme begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities - all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.

BlackRock Systematic

BlackRock Systematic, also known as systematic investing or quantitative investing, emphasises data-driven insights, scientific testing of investment ideas and advanced computer modeling techniques to construct portfolios. This approach combines the power of big data, data science and human expertise to engineer better portfolio outcomes.

Equities Research

The Equities Research team makes active decisions in the Equity market to generate superior returns for clients through fundamental research into companies and consideration of the macroeconomic environment. We take multiple investment approaches to manage portfolios across several styles, geographies and capitalisation ranges. We also find opportunities to seek out inefficiencies in stock markets, which can be identified and exploited by proprietary fundamental research.

Fixed Income

The Global Fixed Income platform offers a variety of products crafted to meet specific client risk and return profiles. We bring together many distinct yet complementary businesses under one global structure. With deep expertise in corporate credit, government bonds, interest rates and foreign exchange, Global Fixed Income is uniquely positioned to draw on the team's vast experience to provide clients with the most comprehensive and diverse investment strategies in the market today.

Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS)

MASS is an investment team that delivers the scale and capabilities of BlackRock to clients across asset classes, products, services and solutions. We are the investment group at the heart of BlackRock’s portfolio construction, asset allocation and active management ecosystem.

This function is known for:

  • Institutional-quality, client-relevant content by producing messaging and developing value propositions for BlackRock products, platforms and capabilities to attract new business
  • Contextual positioning and delivering in-depth product analysis, incorporating competitive information and exploring industry trends
  • Client-centric product development and data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities

What will you do as an Analyst?

  • Partner with key stakeholders (investment teams, relationship managers, marketing, legal, etc.) to position and deliver product content for client and internal communications
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial markets and BlackRock products with the goal of providing insights and ideas for products
  • Assist with strategic business and platform development initiatives
  • Identify industry, advisor and client trends to create a differentiated and impactful BlackRock experience for investors

What capabilities are we looking for?

  • Research and analytical skills
  • Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organise, prioritise and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment
  • Communication skills (written and oral), be adept at writing clearly and effectively as well as critical thinking
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn new concepts and develop skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form meaningful working relationships

Your learning and development will include:

  • Receiving daily market-related updates, learning about how our products trade and react to market events
  • Workshops with internal partners to learn about BlackRock’s lines of business and firm priorities

Once you submit your application, you will receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment. You have up to five days to submit your pre-interview assessment; if you fail to do so, your application will be automatically withdrawn.

Eligibility:

Candidates should be graduating from an undergraduate or Master’s degree programme between June 2026 - July 2027. We welcome applications from candidates studying any STEM degree subject.

Please note local language fluency is required to work at our Continental Europe locations. However, only English is required for Budapest or for a position within Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
