Bank of Ireland UK’s core purpose is to become THE Partnership Bank, by providing simple, flexible, accessible financial service propositions to UK customers, both directly and through partnerships with trusted, respected UK brands and intermediaries.
We partner with two of the most trusted brands in the UK, the Post Office and the AA. Partnership is what makes Bank of Ireland UK unique - and what sets us apart from our competitors. Our approach to business is different because of our Partnership ethos and our values. It’s essential to our business strategy and it’s key to the way we work with each other and deliver for our partners and customers.
As we continue to grow in the UK market, we are looking for motivated graduates who would relish the opportunity to be an integral part of our team.
Join the Bank of Ireland UK Graduate Programme and you’ll benefit from working closely with senior leaders, in diverse rotations designed to give you a deep and rounded understanding of our partnership strategy and unique business model. During the programme, you will complete three eight month rotations across different business areas in our key UK locations: London, Bristol and Belfast.
Our specifically designed rotational programme offers exceptional opportunities to grow personally and professionally while developing key business skills.
We offer opportunities to students who have achieved, or are expected to achieve, a minimum 2:1 Honours Degree or Masters from all STEM disciplines.
Bank of Ireland Group is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace which values and benefits from the diversity of our workforce.
