I have also gained a further insight into the energy industry as a whole, not only from my team, but from the various presentations that have been given to us and even from meeting the CEO. As this is an industry I am passionate about, I believe this has helped me develop even more of an interest in the future of it.
However, most importantly, is the need for teamwork and whilst I initially believed my teamwork skills to be strong from my extracurricular activities, nothing can prepare you for the real working world where the most successful teams rely on each other for progress.
