The Role

  • Developing and continuously improving processes and tests in order to maintain quality service
  • Preparing, maintaining and executing test plans and scripts for our services, with the ability to adapt to customer’s requirements in order to give a tailor made service
  • Working directly with databases, configure services and billing
  • Configuring all aspects of a customer’s services for our omni-channel cloud communications service.

The Person

  • Bachelors Degree in a STEM, Computer Science or related subject
  • Experience communicating technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical people
  • Experience or knowledge of database query language (i.e. SQL) or a desire to learn
  • Good experience in a customer facing role.
