BDO offers Graduate programmes in a range of exciting business areas – from tax to forensic services. On our three year programme, you’ll get paid study leave to work towards a recognised industry qualification. You’ll enjoy coaching and mentoring and support during your exams because we’re here to support you the whole way.
We offer Graduate Programmes and Internships in four key areas:
Audit is about exploring whether our clients’ statements about their financial position are true, fair and accurate. We work closely with their finance team and other key stakeholders to really get to know their business and identify any weaknesses - from their financial statements, to their business systems or working culture. We then provide quality, independent and ethical advice on suitable solutions.
On our trainee programmes, you will develop specialist skills and work on fascinating projects while studying for specialised qualifications. You may also have opportunities to gain other qualifications during your programme.
Guiding our clients through the complex, constantly-changing landscape of tax legislation, we help them to follow the law and achieve both their short-term goals and long-term vision.
Tax is a rewarding area for diverse personalities, whether you enjoy untangling complex technical details, relish connecting with and helping brilliant people, or love solving problems in new and unique ways. On our trainee programmes, you will develop specialist skills and work on fascinating projects while studying for specialised qualifications.
Advisory services at BDO help clients to tackle all the challenges they face. Our advisers come from all kinds of backgrounds. Our range of expertise means that we can deliver insightful, innovative solutions to even the most complex challenge - from buying a new business and accessing finance for growth, to stabilising and restructuring at times of financial difficulty.
On our Graduate Programme, you will develop specialist skills and work on fascinating projects while studying for specialised qualifications, depending on the career path you choose.
We’ll expect you to have, or be on course for, a 2:2 or above in any STEM degree discipline. You should also have three A Levels at grades A*-C in any subject (excluding General Studies and Extended Projects) plus GCSEs in Maths and English Language, at grades 9 – 4 or equivalent. Equivalent international qualifications are welcome.
We recognise that your qualifications and work experience don’t tell us the full story. So we’re keen to find out what you care about and love to do in life. We always look for people who are supportive, responsible, honest and collaborative and are ready to make an impact from day one.
