As an award for winning a University competition, I was able to tour the factory which increased my interest in applying for one of the graduate positions in Test and Development (T&D). During the tour it was evident that there was a real team spirit – everyone was working together, and I could feel that it was a friendly and welcoming place to work.
Mercedes F1 allows you to think outside the box, create new ideas and challenge engineering concepts. You are also given opportunity to step outside of your job role if there’s value you feel you can add elsewhere. Mercedes is a supportive company and has helped me to progress from being a T&D Graduate to a T&D Engineer and now more recently, a Structural Systems Engineer.
