The group is headed by Dave Croston who is qualified to act for clients in the High Court in litigation matters as well as being a patent attorney. The group’s members have first degrees in a number of areas including Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Aeronautical and Civil Engineering.
Many of our attorneys have spent valuable time in industry. This experience includes the design and testing of vehicle braking and transmission systems, systems integration, aerospace gas turbine ancillary component design, the testing and evaluation of agricultural machinery, the non-destructive testing and evaluation of components, highway and rail infrastructure analysis, vehicle-crash worthiness evaluation, and medical device design.
