The Chemical Engineering Student Association (CESA) aims to improve all chemical engineering students' university experiences through the various social, sporting and industrial events we organise throughout the year.
Our socials are the perfect opportunity for students to get to know their course mates outside of academics and network with students from other years too. And we organise talks with industry professionals and site visits in order to increase sustainability awareness amongst students, in preparation for the world of work after university.
The Frank Morton Sports Days are held in the second week of February.
It is the annual chemical engineering sports day attended by universities across the UK.
Chemical Engineering students from each university compete with each other for the Frank Morton trophy, the recipient of which is announced towards the end of the day.
The society organises an ice skating social for students at the end of the first semester to take their minds off of academic work.
If you have any questions, feel free to email the society: su-cesa@bath.ac.uk or the chair at oao69@bath.ac.uk.
The best way to keep up to date with our society is via our Instagram and our Facebook page.
